What is quilting and what is it used for?

Quilting stitches several layers together, usually a face fabric, a wadding and a backing fabric. The result is a padded fabric that insulates, cushions and holds its shape. We adapt the materials to what the product needs to withstand. If you have your own fabric that needs quilting, there is a page on contract quilting of your material.

We take orders from prototype to series, whatever the industry. You have one contact person throughout the order, even when it passes through several departments.

We inspect what we make

The fabric is checked in our own inspection before it is quilted, sewn or delivered. We have been certified to ISO 9001 since 1995.

We develop new things

We develop new fabrics and products together with our customers, from sample to series. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is standard when we develop a product for you.

Made close by, for shorter transport

My great-grandfather Gösta started the company in 1952, when Swedish industry manufactured close to its customers and made use of what was available locally. I want to carry that way of working forward.

When we manufacture in Lidköping, the route to a customer in Europe is shorter than from Asia. The fabric does not need to be shipped between subcontractors either, because knitting, quilting and sewing are under one roof.

To me, responsibility means knowing where and how what we sell is made, and being able to show it.
