We know what it takes to develop a new product

Developing a new product takes time, and it is not always easy to know where to start. A new product often requires several suppliers, one for the fabric, one for the quilting and one for the sewing. With us, all three are in the same factory.

Confidentiality

We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) as standard, so your idea does not spread.

Everything under one roof

Warp knitting, quilting and sewing are in our own factory. If something is needed that we do not do ourselves, we have partners we have worked with for a long time.

Experience

We have developed products together with our customers for many years, and the same factory that makes the prototype manufactures the series.

Our process

How we go from idea to finished product

    Requirements

    We start by understanding what the product needs to do and what it needs to withstand. Based on that, we suggest one or more set-ups for fabric, quilting and sewing.

  • 02

    Prototype

    Once you have chosen a set-up, we produce a prototype and test that it meets the requirements.

  • 03

    Adjustment

    You test it and tell us what needs changing. We adjust until the prototype does what it should.

  • 04

    Delivery

    Once the prototype is approved, we make the series and deliver it as agreed.

Choose one area of work or combine all three

You choose freely among our three areas of work. A new product may need its own fabric, quilting and sewing, or just one of the steps. If you need all three, they are done without anything leaving the factory, with one contact person and one delivery.

The people who make the prototype

The prototype is made by the same people who then make the series. They know warp knitting, quilting and textile technology, and are used to taking a development project all the way to a finished series. You have one and the same contact person throughout the order.

Warp knitting

Warp-knitted fabrics to your specification, in many different yarns. We knit strong, dimensionally stable fabrics for industry, from base fabric that another mill coats to fabrics for filters, furniture and healthcare.

Quilting

Quilted fabrics that insulate, cushion and hold their shape, for everything from mattresses and furniture to equestrian equipment. We quilt in our own material or in material you send us.

We sew your products here in Sweden, so they do not have to be made abroad. We take everything from prototypes and small runs to larger volumes.
