Who is responsible
Facilette AB, company registration number 556316-2014, Kinnegatan 13, 531 32 Lidköping, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data collected on www.facilette.se. Questions about this policy should be sent to info@facilette.se.
The forms
When you send an enquiry or a message through the forms on the website, we store what you enter: name, company, email address, phone number, type of enquiry and message. We use the data to reply to you and to handle any resulting order.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and, if an order follows, the performance of our contract with you.
The form is sent to our customer system, where the enquiry is stored as a customer case. The data is kept for as long as needed to reply to the enquiry and handle any order that follows from it. The forms are protected against spam without third-party services.
Job applications
If you send us an application by email, we use the information in it to carry out the recruitment. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in recruiting. Applications are kept until the recruitment is completed and then for no more than two years, so that we can answer any questions about the recruitment.
When a job ad states that you apply through a recruitment partner, such as OnePartnerGroup, the application is received by the partner, who is then responsible for the data under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
Until you have made a choice in the cookie banner, the website stores nothing beyond what it needs to work. Analytics and marketing tools are only loaded once you have accepted them. Their legal basis is your consent, and you can change or withdraw it at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Your choice in the cookie banner is stored in your browser so that the banner is not shown again. Does not require consent.
Analytics
Google Analytics shows which pages are visited, for how long and from what type of device, and counts clicks on links and email addresses as well as submitted forms. We use it to improve the website. Google Analytics cookies are kept for up to two years. Only loaded with your consent.
If you have accepted analytics and send an enquiry, we also store with the enquiry how you found the website: the campaign details in the link you came through, the page you first landed on and the website that linked here. This shows which channels lead to enquiries.
Marketing
LinkedIn Insight Tag and Meta Pixel show which pages are visited, so that we can target ads at companies interested in what we manufacture. Their cookies are kept for up to one year (LinkedIn) and 90 days (Meta). Only loaded with your consent. Read more in the privacy policies of LinkedIn, Google and Meta.
If you have accepted marketing and send an enquiry, we send your email address and phone number to Google and Meta in encrypted form. They compare them with their own users to see whether the enquiry came from an ad, known as enhanced conversions. If you came to the website from an ad, we also store the ad's click ID with the enquiry, so that we can later see which ads led to an order.
Where the data is processed
Google, LinkedIn and Meta may process data outside the EU. Transfers to the USA are then based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to request that its processing be restricted, to object to our processing of it and to receive the data in a machine-readable format. If you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@facilette.se.
